摘　　要：推进中国特色社会主义理论体系大众化,重点在基层,关键在实践。面向基层推进中国特色社会主义理论体系大众化,理论上讲是马克思主义实践属性的本质要求,实践上看是实现全面建设小康社会目标的有力保证。抓住首要任务,突出实践特色,强化机制保障,面向基层大力开展宣传普及活动,推进中国特色社会主义理论体系大众化,是一项复杂而艰巨的系统工程。The emphasis of the popularization of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics should be on the grassroots level, and the key of it should be the practice. Such popularization is the essential requirement of practical property of Marxism theoretically, and the powerful guarantee for the realization of a well-off society practically. We should seize our primary task, highlight the practical features of socialism, strengthen the guarantee from system, enhance the propa- ganda, and speed up this huge, complicated and systematic project -- popularization of theoretical system of socialism with Chi- nese characteristics.
