双赢理论与公立医院的公益性建设分析

摘　　要："双赢"的本义就是指对博弈双方都有利的行为和结果,"双赢"观念的建立,为现代竞争带来了新的策略和思路。在市场经济的大背景下,公立医院的公益性与经营性的矛盾冲突在所难免,如何在公立医院公益性建设中运用双赢理论缓解其矛盾并创造出新的利益对于深化公立医院改革具有十分重要的意义。＂Win - win＂ originally refers to the game which is beneficial to both behavior and results, and the establishment of ＂win -win＂ concept has brought new strategies and ideas to the modern competition. In the context of market economy, the contradiction between public welfare and management of public hospitals is inevitable, thus how to use the ＂win - win＂ theory to ease that contradiction during the development of public welfare and further cre- ate new interest is of great significance for deepening the reform of public hospitals.
