计算机管理软件在小包装中药饮片调配中的应用

摘　　要：目的利用计算机管理软件系统,通过整合和改进医院原有的计算机管理资源,使医生、药房调配人员迅速适应小包装中药饮片。方法分析临床中药用量情况确定小包装规格搭配组合;根据预设的"区位码"对处方中各药重新排列,实现中药调配清单与中药房小包装饮片药斗药品顺序一致。结果能够提高处方调配的速度,同时降低调配人员劳动强度。结论在处方调配由散装中药饮片改为小包装过程中合理运用计算机管理,有利于减少调配人员适应时间。Objective The use of computer management software system makes it easy for doctors, pharma- cies deployment to adapt to small package of Chinese Herbal pieces, through the integration and improvement of hospi- tal＇s original computer management resources. Methods we made the determination of small package size combina- tion after the analysis of clinical Chinese medincine dosage, rearranged drug in the prescription according to the preset ＂area code＂, and implemented the order of allocation list and small package pieces of the medicine bucket drugs con- sistent. Results can improve the prescription dispensing speed, and reduce the labor intensity of the deployment of personnel as well. Conclusion The rational use of computer in the process of changing prescription dispensing from the bulk of Chinese herbal pieces into small packaging can reducie staffing adaptation time.
