江苏历史文化资源可持续利用的政策供给

摘　　要：江苏拥有一批特色鲜明、优势突出的区域历史文化资源。从吴文化、汉文化、六朝文化延伸至明清文化和民国文化,体现出作为我国优秀历史文化资源的代际传递和开发价值,具备资源独特性、项目创新性和文化多样性可持续利用的潜力。当下亟待解决的问题是要将目前江苏省各地普遍存在的、分散在经济政策中的文化产业目标或相关对策重新梳理、整合、提炼出来,补入针对性的资源产业化政策措施,制定出目标明确、对策清晰、专门性的文化产业政策供给体系,即将不明晰的文化政策或散布在若干经济政策中的资源开发对策转化为明晰的产业政策。Jiangsu possesses a number of regional historical and cultural resources of distinctive characteristics and prominent advantages in the historical dimension from Wu culture,Han culture,the Six Dynasties culture to the Ming and Qing dynasties culture and the republic culture,which longitudinally are the outstanding historical culture resources indispensable intergenerational transmission and development value of China,and have unique resources,project innovation and cultural diversity and sustainable utilization of resources potential.This paper puts forward the corresponding policy supply designing idea and scheme by analyzing historical and cultural resources of Jiangsu regional sustainable utilization of policy supply meaning and policy loss situation from Jiangsu regional historical and cultural resources development advantage and sustainable utilization value.
