推拿配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探析推拿配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将我院63例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分成两组,对照组31例,使用单纯的常规推拿手法治疗,实验组32例,使用推拿配合针灸进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效。结果:治疗后对照组治愈11例,好转17例,无效3例,实验组治疗后治愈21例,好转10例,无效1例,实验组的疗效明显高于对照组,在统计学学上这种差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有很好的疗效,是1种安全有效的理想方法,值得在临床上大力推广和应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of massage combined with acupuncture in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods： 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 31 patients in the control group and 32 patients in the treated group. The control group was given simple routine massage treatment, while the treated group was given massage and acupuncture treatment. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： In the control group, 11 cases were cured, 17 cases were improved, but 3 cases were invalid after the treatment. In the treated group, 21 cases were cured, 10 cases were improved, but 1 case was ineffective after the treatment. The efficacy in the treated group was signiftcantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The massage and acupuncture treatment have very good curative effects on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. It is safe and effective_ worth a ncmnl^r clinical nnnllcntinn
