摘　　要：发热是临床常见病,多发病,有外感、内伤之分。长期发热临床治疗甚为棘手,导师孙玉信教授根据多年的临床经验,运用达原饮加减治疗,取得了满意疗效。Pyrexia is a common clinical disease, frequently-occurred and can be divided into two types, one caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and the other caused by internal damage. Long-term pyrexia is always troublesome, however Professor SUN Yu-xin applies Dayuanyin decoction according to his clinical experience to achieve satisfactory efficacy.
