摘　　要：目的:丹红注射液治疗冠心病心功能不全疗效。方法:将我院100例冠心病合并患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗后能明显改善患者临床症状,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液和西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,不仅作用增强,而且可相互取长补短,西药"急治其标"、中药"扶正祛邪",标本兼治,使其症状、体征得到较快改善。Objective： To survey the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection in treating 100 cases of coronary heart disease and cardiac functional insufficiency. Methods： 100 patients of integrated coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Danhong injection on the basis of conventional treatment. Results： The treatment group significantly improved the clinical symptoms, with statistical significances （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Danhong injection and western medicine can not only enhance the effects, but also mutually complement each other in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.
