摘　　要：目的:观察活血散在治疗慢性盆腔炎中的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机的分治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组使用活血散外敷加TDP照射,对照组使用经期抗生素治疗加TDP照射,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率100%,对照组有效率93.3%。结论:活血散在慢性盆腔炎的治疗中有较好的疗效,可明显改善临床症状。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Huoxue powder in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was given Huoxue powder combined with TDP irradiation, while the control group was given the menstrual antibiotic therapy combined with TDP irradiation. Results： The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 100%o and 93%, respectively. Conclusion： Huoxue powder was effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, improving the clinical symptoms significantly,
