地佐辛复合丙泊酚在无痛人流中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察丙泊酚复合地佐辛在无痛人流术中的应用。方法选择早孕要求行无痛人流的孕妇80例,随机均分为地佐辛组(观察组)和芬太尼组(对照组)。观察组采用丙泊酚复合地佐辛5 mg,对照组采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼50μg。观察并比较两组患者的HR、SpO2、MAP、手术时间、清醒时间、丙泊酚用量及不良反应。结果两组患者麻醉效果满意,HR、SpO2、MAP、手术时间、清醒时间、丙泊酚用量及不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合地佐辛静脉全麻是无痛人流的另一麻醉方法。Objective To observe the effect of dezocine combined with propofol on analgesic artificial abor-tion. Methods 80 pregnant women who applied for analgesic artificial abortion were selected and randomly divided in- to two groups ,40 cases in each group. The observed group was administered with propofol combined with dezocine 5 mg as total intravenous anesthesia. The controll group was administered with propofol and fentanyl 50 μg. HR, SpO2, MAP, the time of operation and awakening, the propofol usage and side effects were observed and compared. Results The effect of anesthesia was satisfactory in the two groups. There was no significant difference in HR, SpO2 ,MAP, the time of operation and awakening, the propofol usage and side effects between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is an another way for total intravenous anaethesia used by propofol combined with dezocine in analgesic artificial a- bortion.
