唐山市周边农村女性真菌感染影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的调查唐山市区周边农村妇女阴道真菌感染情况,并探讨真菌感染的影响因素。方法取妇女阴道分泌物,然后进行生理盐水涂片,镜下检查真菌。取样之后,针对卫生习惯、清洗外阴频率、是否处于妊娠期等问题进行问卷调查。结果本次检测人数共200例,总感染率47.50%。30～40岁年龄组感染率最高(67.75%)。不同清洗外阴频率者的真菌检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且检出率随清洗频率增加而降低。妇女的文化程度与生殖道真菌的感染率无相关性(P>0.05)。妊娠期妇女的真菌检出率明显高于非妊娠期(P<0.05)。被调查的妇女中穿紧身内裤感染率明显高于其他三类(P<0.05),穿棉质内裤感染率明显偏低。有内衣与袜子同洗习惯者其真菌检出率明显高于分开洗的(P<0.05)。长期使用抗生素的被调查者检出率相对较高(P<0.05)。结论唐山市周边农村妇女真菌感染率较高,应引起医务人员及有关部门的重视。Objective To investigate the fungi infection in women and the impact factors of fungi infection surrounding rural areas of in Tangshan City. Methods The vaginal secretions of women were taken,and then examined in normal saline smear. Meanwhile, we investigated the hygiene, frequency of cleaning the vulva and pregnancy issues with questionnaires. Results Among the 200 cases,the total infection rate was 47.50%. 30-40 years old group had the highest infection rate （67.75 %）. The detection rate of that who had different mold cleaning vulva frequency was significantly different （P〈0.05） ,and the detection rate increased with the reduction of cleaning frequency. Women＇s education and reproductive tract infection with fungi had no correlation （P〉0. 05）. The infection rate of pregnant women was higher than that of non-pregnancy （P〈0.05）. The infection rate of surveyed women wearing tight underwear was significantly higher than the other three categories （P〈0.05）, and the infection rate was significantly lower when wearing cotton underwear. The infection rate of those people who washed underwear and socks together was higher than that washed separately （P〈0.05）. People with long-term use of antibiotics had high detection rate of fungi（P〈0.05）. Conclusion FungaI infection rate is high in rural women around the city of Tangshan. The atten tion of the medical personnel and department should be caused.
