摘　　要：针对传统网络视频监控中摄像头安置地点的固定性、PC监控终端互联网接入的局限性等缺点,文中提出了基于Android智能终端的移动视频监控系统。文章介绍了整个视频监控系统的体系结构,重点阐述了如何在两个Android终端之间实现移动视频监控,并且根据视频采集方式的不同介绍了两种主要的视频监控方案。在无线局域网的环境下对视频监控系统进行测试,测试结果表明两种视频监控方案都能达到在两个Android终端之间进行视频监控的目的,并且对两种方案测试结果差异性的原因进行了分析。Aimed at some shortages of the traditional network video surveillance, such as the fixity of cameras location, limitation of PC surveillance terminals interact access. Present a mobile video surveillance system based on Android smart terminal. Introduce the architec- ture of the entire video surveillance system, focusing on the mobile video surveillance between two Android terminals. And it describes the two main solutions of video surveillance according to different modes of capturing video. Test the video surveillance system in the wire- less LAN environment, and the test results show that the video surveillance program achieves the purpose of video surveillance between two Android terminals, and analyses the reason of differences of the test results between two modes.
