摘 要:为适应长江上游科技创新中心和科研成果转化基地建设的需要,通过与我国创新中心城市进行比较,基于R&D资源配置效率指标值及全国位次分布和R&D活动产出状况两个维度,对重庆市R&D资源配置效率进行研究。研究表明,重庆市R&D资源配置综合效益处于中上游水平,但部门配置效益结构失衡,区域间差距明显,规模指标值不高、名次较靠后,阻碍了R&D资源配置效率的提高。最后,针对重庆市R&D资源配置现状提出相关对策。To adapt to the needs of the construction of technology innovation center and scientific research transformation base in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Chongqing municipal efficiency of R&D resource allocation is studied , which compared with the innovational center cities in the central and western of China , and based on the twodimensions of the R&D resource allocation efficiency indicators as well as it~ national ranking distribution and the output status of R&D activities. Research shows that, Chongqing R&D resources in the upper and middle reaches level configuration comprehensive benefits, but the department configuration effective structure imbalances, inter-regional gap significantly scale indicator value is not high, ranking than rely on, hinder the R&D resources configuration efficiency of the raise. Finally, put forward relevant policies for. for Chongqing R&D resource allocation.
