资源枯竭型城市转型期土地利用与城市发展耦合关系分析——以徐州市贾汪区为例

摘　　要：利用动态耦合模型对资源枯竭型城市转型期的土地利用与城市发展耦合关系进行分析,以徐州贾汪区为例,研究1999～2010年土地利用与城市发展耦合关系。结果表明:①贾汪区在资源枯竭后的转型发展过程中,土地利用综合指数呈现"S"曲线变化,城市发展综合指数呈现缓慢上升趋势。②贾汪区转型期间土地利用与城市发展的耦合状况,已经呈现出协调发展的态势。③高消耗、高污染企业阻碍贾汪区转型发展进程,城市发展较土地利用呈现出一定的滞后性。④生态恢复和旅游资源整合为贾汪区转型发展,营造了良好的生态环境。为促进贾汪区转型发展,应做好资源枯竭型城市转型规划,保证城市生态环境安全,调整产业结构,培养公众和企业的生态责任意识。Land using system is caused by human activities and urban development process. Thus, our study uses a system method to research the coupling between land using and urban development, which is significant to choose and adjust the transition pattern of resource-exhausted cities during transformation. We use Jiawang city as an example, which is one of 69 resource-exhausted cities approved by the State Council of China. In order to analyze the coupling land using and urban development during transformation, we investigated land cover changes and cover over period 1999 - 2010, and collected society and economic data from government and statistical yearbook. The results reveal that 1 ） Land using synthetic index presents ＂ S＂ curve model, and urban development synthetic index shows a slow upward trend during transformation. 2） The coupling relationship between land using and urban development has shown a harmonious development in trend. 3） It is restricted of urban transition progress by exiting high consumption, high pollution industrials. 4） The ecological restoration and integration of tourism resources are the important strategic for Jiawang transformation and development. In order to keep the sustainable transformation of Jiawang, we should make the resource-exhausted city transform planning, and preserve the ecological environment. At the same time, it is necessary to develop recycle and tourist economy, and cultivate ecological awareness of the enterprise and people.
