当代语境下城市和谐语言生活的构建

摘　　要：构建和谐的语言生活是当代城市建设中一项重要的课题。当代城市中,人口、文化、利益和需求等的多元化造成了语言生活的复杂、多元化特征。当代城市语言生活中主要存在三个迫切需要解决的问题:普通话与方言的关系问题,语言文字的错误和不规范问题,语言使用低俗化问题。构建城市和谐语言生活体系应该坚持"以人为本"的基本指导思想,具体可以采取以下四方面措施:第一,推广普通话,使人人有归属感;第二,消除方言歧视,使人人有尊严感;第三,净化语言文字乱象,展示城市文明;第四,全民参与、刚柔相济,构建和谐的语言生活。To build a harmonious language life is an important issue in the contemporary urban construction.In the contemporary cities,the diversity of population,culture,interests and needs caused the complexity of the language life and the characteristic of diversity.There are three problems which need to be solved urgently in the contemporary urban language life: they are the relationship between Mandarin and dialect, errors of language characters and non-standard issues and the vulgarization of language using.The construction of urban harmonious language living system should adhere to the guiding ideology of 'people oriented' and four counter-measures should be taken specifically: To begin with, the promotion of Mandarin,giving everyone a sense of belonging;what's more,the elimination of dialects discrimination,giving everybody a sense of dignity;In addition,the purification of the language of chaos,trying to display urban civilization;Finally,the participation of all citizens and the combination of hardness and softness,trying to build a harmonious language life.
