摘  要:对21-4N钢小规格材的生产采用了温变形拔制的新工艺。对温变形拔制后材料出现表面裂纹的现象进行了观察和初步的分析。结果表明,表面裂纹的产生与材料热处理工艺、温变形后微观组织的变化有关。经改进后,温变形拔制工艺不断优化和完善。A snail dimension section made of steel 21-4N is produced using a new process of warm deformation drawing. The cracks presented on the material surface after warm deformation drawing are observed and analysed. The results show that the formation of surface crack is in connection with the heat treatment process of the material and the change of microsturcture after warm deformation. Through improvement, the process of warm deformation drawing is being advanced and achieved continuously.
