摘　　要：不锈钢蝶阀在使用过程中出现锈蚀现象。经过金相组织分析、染色试验、热处理试验、SEM等试验分析,找到了材料锈蚀的关键因素是因为材料中沿晶界的碳化物析出形成贫铬区,从而造成不锈钢蝶阀锈蚀。Stainless steel butterfly valves sometimes have rust during application. We have found the key factor that makes the material get rusty through microstructure analysis, dyeing test, heat treatment and SEM test, which is the poor chrome area caused by the seperation of carbide from the material on the crystal boundry. Poor chrome area causes the rust of stainless steel butterfly valves.
