摘　　要：他克莫司软膏(普特彼)是一种大环内酯类免疫调节剂,通过抑制钙调磷酸酶脱磷酸,干扰细胞因子的表达,下调T细胞的激活,有效应用于皮肤科疾病。该文主要回顾他克莫司的作用机制、在皮肤科临床中的应用以及新进展。Tacrolimus ointment （Protopic） is a topically applied macrolide lactone immunomodulator effective in the treatment of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Its mechanism of action primarily involves calcineurin inhibition, which interrupts cytokine gene expression and leads to the downregulation of T-cell activity. Tacrolimus ointment has clinical potential in other inflammatory skin conditions. This review presents the deyelopment in tacrolimus ointment uses in clinical dermatology as well as its mechanism of action.
