摘　　要：在“海洋石油981”项目中，通过EQT0超高强钢从焊接工艺的制定到实际应用，在建造过程中很好地克服了EQ70超高强钢易导致氢致裂纹的发生及焊接接头韧性降低的两大主要问题，从而证明了：只要在焊接过程中重点监控，重视细节，严格执行焊接工艺的各项参数，EQ70超刚强钢的焊接质量是完全能保证的。With the qualification of welding procedure of extra high strength steel EQ70 and its application in project ＂Hai Yang Shi You 981＂, two major problems, that is, occurrence of hydrogen crack and reduction of toughness at weld joint have been well settled in the construction. It may be concluded that welding quality of extra high strength steel EQ70 can fully be ensured provided that welding details are paid more attention to, surveillance is strengthened and the parameters of WPS are strictly implemented during welding.
