摘  要:“海洋石油981”深水半潜式钻井平台是国际上第六代半潜式钻井平台,平台结构复杂、设备种类繁多。箱型上船体是整个平台的操作和控制心脏,不仅要容纳上平台上诸多的大型设备、控制系统和工艺管线,还要承担近20000t的上部结构和设备重量,极易造成平台甲板下凹。在设计阶段对平台进行有限元变形计算分析,双层底结构采用预先反变形措施,成功解决了箱型上船体主甲板下凹的建造难题,形成了一整套深水半潜式钻井平台箱型上船体建造精度控制方案。"Hai Yang Shi You 981" deepwater semi-submersible drilling unit is an international 6th generation semi-submersible drilling rig. The rig is complicated in structure design and all kinds of equipment. The Upper hull deck is the center for the rig operation and control. Inside it has to accommodate lots of equipment, control systems and process piping, at the same time to withstand more than 20 000 ton of weight of upper hull structure and equipments. To prevent deck concave, a finite element analysis method was used during detail design. By preventive measure was taken, the main deck downward concave problem in grand block assembly and erection of box type upper hull deck is solved successfully. A complete set of precision control scheme for building of box type upper hull deck of deepwater semi submersible drilling platform is formed.
