摘 要:锦州港是我国北部沿海的重要商港,其航道穿越锦州20.2凝析气田登陆管线,为满足锦州港扩建工程,对锦州20.2凝析气田登陆管线进行了改造。海管改造完成后,进行干燥投产。在国内外海底管道干燥工艺分析比较的基础上,结合锦州凝析气田实际情况,确定了锦州20.2海底管道干燥方案。根据锦州20.2天然气水合物形成特性和海管干燥方案,对清管干燥列车的乙二醇浓度进行计算分析,确定了锦州20.2天然气管线干燥工艺,实现了锦N20.2凝析气田安全、快速投产。该技术可供今后海底管道干燥投产借鉴。Jinzhou port is an important and commercial port in North China. Shipping lane of this port crosses over the offshore pipeline of JZ20-2 gas field. In order to meet the requirement of Jinzhou port expansion project, the depth of burial for part of offshore pipeline of JZ20-2 should be increased. The offshore pipeline has been relocated during the overhauling period of JZ20-2 gas field, and then pipe drying process should be carried out. Based on a comparison between various offshore pipeline drying processes, JZ20-2 offshore pipeline drying scheme is decided according to the practical situation of JZ20-2 gas field. In accordance with the drying scheme and formation property of gas hydrate, calculation of MEG concentration in drying train is carried out, drying process of JZ20-2 offshore gas pipeline is worked out, and quick and safe production for JZ20-2 gas field is achieved.
