摘 要:随着海上油气开发逐步向深水推进,将新开发油气田的水下生产设施回接到已有海管系统的开发方式越来越具有优势。PLET(PipelineEnd'Fermination)是水下回接开发方式中常用的水下设施,为油气田水下回接提供接口。流花4.1油田回接到流花11.1油田的海底管线(流花4-1海管)为18英寸×22英寸双层管,海管两端各有一个PLET,分别连接流花4-1生产管汇和流花11-1桥接管汇。流花4.1海管PLET是国内首次自主设计、建造和安装的300m水深级别的水下生产设施。论文阐述了流花4-1海管项目中对PLET建造和安装的要求,并对为满足上述要求所采取的措施进行介绍。As current development projects of offshore gas and oil is advanced to deep water, it becomes an advantageous measure to tie in the subsea production system with existing deepwater pipeline systems offering spare transport capacity. Pipeline End Termination (PLET) is widely used for subsea tie-in, providing connection to the existing facilities. The pipeline used for tie back at Liuhua 4-1 oil field is an 18" × 22" pipe-in-pipe pipeline (Liuhua 4-1 subsea pipeline) with a PLET at each end of the pipeline, and each PLET is connected with Liuhua 4-1 production manifold and Liuhua 11-1 bridge manifold respectively. The PLETs of Liuhua 4-1 subsea pipeline are the first subsea production facilities indigenously designed, fabricated and installed in China for 300m grade of water depth . The subject matter describes the requirements for fabrication and installation of the PLETs of Liuhua 4-1 subsea pipeline and the measures that are taken to meet the requirements.
