摘　　要：从政府规划的角度讲,关于经济区划分的思想最早出现于1958年。"六五计划"～"十二五规划"期间,中国经济区规划的脉络可概括为:经济区—经济区网络或城市网络—沿海开放城市和开放地带—七个跨省区市的经济区域—西部、中部、东部形成"以线串点,以点带面"、"积极培育新的经济增长点和经济带"—"珠江三角洲、长江三角洲、环渤海地区……增强城市群的整体竞争力"、"有条件的区域……形成若干用地少、就业多、要素集聚能力强、人口分布合理的新城市群"和2009年的12个经济区规划的出台—分四大区域进行经济区划分,最终形成"两横三纵式"的经济区空间布局。今后中国在经济区建设方面,一是应对经济区范围的划分有一个明确的标准;二是应注意协调城市群空间范围和经济区空间范围;三是应注意协调经济区建设与行政区划之间的关系;四是应加快经济区内城乡一体化建设的步伐。Thoughts of economic zone divided from the government plan perspective first appeared in 1958. The process of China economic zone plan from Six - five to twelve - five times can be summarized as ： economic zone - economic zone network or city network - coastal open city and open region - 7 inter - provincial economic region - western, central, Eastern form ＂with the string, fan out from point to area＂ ,＂ actively cultivate new points of eco- nomic growth and economic belt＂, Such as the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, area of annulus Bohai, in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the city clusters- ＂Conditional area To form a number of land less, employment, strong concentration of resources, population distributings reasonable new city group＂ and 12 economic zone planning introduced, divided into four regional economic zone division in 2009 to the final formation of ＂two vertical and three horizontal＂ economic area space layout. The author think that first, China should has a clear standard to deal with the economic region division; second, it should coordinate city group space and space of area of economy of scope ; third, it should pay attention to coordinate economic zone construction and administrative relationship ; fourth, it should accelerate economic zone in the integration of urban and rural construction pace.
