摘　　要：基于战略视角对中国外汇储备的多层次使用进行了研究。首先基于对前人研究的综述和国内外经济环境现状,明确了外汇储备的四个战略调整方向;其次构建了一个包括战略性层次在内的外汇储备多层次使用体系框架;最后对战略性层次的外汇储备使用方式从理论和现实两个方面进行了系统的归纳和可行性分析,并得到了丰富的结论。Based on the strategic perspective, this paper studied the multilevel use of China＇s foreign exchange reserves. Firstly, strategic reorientation was cleared based on a literature review and the present specific economic operation situation at home and abroad. Secondly, a multi - level use system framework including the srategic level for China＇s foreign exchange reserves was constrcted. In the end, the use modes for foreign exchange reserves in the strategic level of the new framework were concluded, and feasibility analyses were conducted from both the theoretical and practical aspects. Rich conclusions were obtained and relevant policy recommendations were offered.
