摘 要:针对山西省限价商品住房还停留在政策制定层面和没有开工建设等问题,采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,利用《山西统计年鉴》等资料,预测了"十二五"期间城市中低收入居民家庭年收入和商品住房销售价格,得出了符合限价商品住房准入条件的保障家庭年收入线标准,确定了山西省"十二五"期间的限价商品住房的保障比例和年需求量,并提出建设限价商品住房的对策建议。Aiming at the existent problems on the limit - pricing commodity housing in Shanxi province, such as the stopping on the policy - making level and not under constructions, this thesis use the approach of qualitative and quantitative, to get the entry criteria of the limit - pricing commodity housing and a standard line of the protecting family's annual income in the "12th - five - year" plans, which is based on the predictions on the prices of the city commodity housing and the annual income of the middle and low income families by using the (( Statistical Year book of Shanxi Province)). Besides, the paper also gives the proportion of the limit - pricing commodity housing and the annual construction demand quantity in the "12th -five -year" plans, and gives the suggestions and advices on the building as well as operational management of the limit- pricing commodity housing.
