摘　　要：该批２０１７合金退火棒材表面产生气泡是由于挤压棒材中的成层缺陷引起的夹杂型表面起泡所致。生产中通过提高铸锭表面质量，合理选择挤压工具和设计模具可减少或消除该缺陷。Surface blisters of 2017 alloy annealed bars are formed in laminated surface including impurities. In production, the defect can be eliminated by the way of improving slab surface quality, selecting applicable extrusion equipment and optimizing mould design.
