摘 要:为调控电场分布避免电场集中,由聚合物与无机半导体填料制备的非线性绝缘电介质在许多高压设备中得到应用。非线性绝缘电介质介电特性的测试是其理论与应用技术研究的重要基础。研发了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的非线性绝缘介质交流介电特性测试装置,实现交流激励电压和响应电流瞬时波形的测试。参照激励电压通过确定的算法将响应电流分解成阻性电流和容性电流。通过对电压与电流波形的分析,获得瞬态测量条件下的静态、动态参数与电场强度关系曲线及等效参数等,可更全面地表征非线性绝缘电介质交流介电特性。结合测量实例,详细描述了各参数及其与电场强度关系曲线的获得过程。Nonlinear insulating dielectrics made from polymer blended with inorganic semiconductor fillers are used as field-grading materials to avoid stress concentrations in many high voltage applications.The comprehensive measurement of the dielectric characteristics is the important foundation for research on application and theory of non-linear insulating dielectrics.An AC dielectric properties measuring system for nonlinear insulating dielectrics was developed based on virtual instrument technology,and the instantaneous waveforms of excitation voltage and responding current were measured.Then,the responding current was decomposed into the resistive current and the capacitive current referencing the excitation voltage,using the decomposing algorithms presented.Through the analysis on the waveforms of voltage and currents,the dynamic and static dielectric parameter relationships with electric field,and the equivalent parameters were obtained in the instantaneous measurement.Combined with the demonstrating measurements,the obtaining procedures of these parameters and their relationship curves with electric field were presented in detail.
