单边固定并椎间融合治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的探讨单边椎弓根螺钉固定并椎间融合用于腰突症复发再手术。方法2005—02—2012—02，椎弓根螺钉单边固定并椎间融合治疗腰突症复发再手术39例，其中男21例，女18例，平均年龄56岁。结果经6月-7年（平均4．4年）的随访，临床疗效优24例（62％），良11例（28％），可4例（10％），术后1年随访时手术节段椎间已融合33例，可能融合6例。结论单边椎弓根螺钉固定并椎间融合治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症手术方法简便实用，疗效确实，手术安全，创伤小，费用节省，易于推广。Objective To study the only one side pedicle instrumentation combined with inter- body fusion for treatment of the recurrence of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From February 2005 to February 2012,39 cases suffered from the recurrence of lumbar disc herniation（21 male,18 female） were treated with the only one side pedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion. Results After a mean follow-up of 4.4 years （6 months to 7years）,the post-reoperative outcomes showed excellent in 24 cases （62%）,good in 11 cases （28%）,fair in 4 cases （10%）. 33 patients showed good segmental interbody fusion and the other 6 cases maybe fusion after 1 year followup. Conclusion The only one side pedicle instrumentation combined with interbody fusion is a good method for the treatment of the recurrence of lumbar disc herniation,which has many advantages such as convenient and practical,effective,a good safety,less trauma,less spend and easy to spread.
