摘　　要：目的探讨后路长节段非融合椎弓根螺钉固定技术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法 2006-01-2011-01期间手术治疗并获得随访的52例胸腰椎骨折进行回顾性分析,观察脊柱结构及神经功能的恢复情况。结果 52例患者平均随访24.7个月(12～36个月),手术后的伤椎椎体高度比、Cobb角及椎管狭窄率明显改善(P<001),脊髓不完全性损伤患者神经功能均有一定程度的恢复。结论长节段非融合椎弓根螺钉固定技术是治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法,特别是对于年轻患者。Objective To explore the posterior long-segment non-fusion pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The period from January 2006 to January 2011, the surgical treatment of 52 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were retrospectively analyzed to observe the spine and nerve function recovery. Results 52 cases were followed-up for 24.7 months （12 to 36 months）,post-operative vertebral height ratio, the Cobb angle and spinal stenosis rate improved significantly （P〈0.01）,incomplete spinal cord injury patients with nerve function has recovered to some degree. Conclusion long segments of non-fusion to pedicle screw fixation technique is an effective method of treatment of thoracolumbar fractures, especially for younger patients.
