摘　　要：在我国城市化进程中,农民工群体游离于城市的边缘,难以真正融入城市,呈现出一种"虚城市化"现象。这种现象主要表现在农民工的合法权益得不到有效保障、农民工子女在受教育过程中遇到不平等的对待、农民工缺乏城市社会的认同感和归属感等。认为当前应当对户籍制度、社会保障制度等公共制度进行全面改革,不断完善政府的公共服务职能,并积极发挥非政府组织的支持功能。In the process of China＇ s urbanization, peasant workers who come to city to make a living can＇ t be accepted by city society, resulting in a phenomenon of Fake Ur- banization. The characteristics of this phenomenon include peasant workers＇ legal interests being not safeguarded validly, their children being not treated equally and lack of city＇ s self - identity and belong feelings. So it needs to deepen the reform in public systems such as registration system and social security system, improve the government＇s public service function, and give full play to Non - Governmental Organizations.
