摘　　要：介绍了电动凿岩机运行试验台的原理及其结构组成 ,该试验台可检测电动凿岩机的三相空载、负载电流、相 相电压、冲击频率、钎杆转速、扭矩等参数 ,与电动凿岩机的现场凿岩检测试验对比表明 ,试验台操作简捷、检测结果准确、劳动强度低 。This paper describes the principle and structure of the service test bench for power drilling machines. The test bench can measure such parameters as zero load, load current, phase phase voltage, impact frequency, rotary speed of drill rod and twisting moment. By comparing with actually measured data obtained in the field test, it is found that the test bench is characterized by simple operation, accurate data, low labour intensity and effective evaluation of power drilling machine′s quality.
