摘  要:从细菌学的观点探讨了硫化矿浸出的本质和机理。从本质上来说 ,浸出是生命体主动获取能量的方式 ,不能简单视为一种“催化作用”。从微观上来看 ,直接或间接浸出归因于微生态中不同细菌的不同特性及其它们之间的相互作用 ,初级和次级反应浸出则是生命进化的表现。根据从细菌学归纳的浸出机理 ,作者提出浸出各种不同种类的硫化矿应选择不同种类的细菌 。From the point of view of bacteriology, the authors discuss the nature and mechanism of bacterial leaching of sulfide ores. Essentially, leaching is the way in which energy is intaken by the active lifebody, and should not be regarded simply as “catalysation”. Microcosmically, direct and indirect leachings may be attributed to different characteristics of various bacteria and their interactions. Primary and secondary leachings embody the evolution of lifebody. Direct or indirecte leaching takes place, deponding on bacterial physiology and ecology. The physiological characteristics of F. f play a direct role and those of T. f and F. f play a indirect role. Therefore, it is suggested that different species of bacteria should be selected and breeded for leaching various types of sulfide ores, with the emphasis on enhancement of the activity of reducing sulfur oxidase.
