摘  要:介绍了弥散强化铜电阻焊电板材料的研究与发展过程 。Aluminium oxide dispersion strengthened copper is one of new types of electrode materials of the last 20 years. It has not only such characteristics as high hardness and heat conductivity, but also a softening temperature of up to 900 ℃. Therefore, it is able to endure high current, high temperature and high pressure. In this paper, its exploration and development process is in troduced. A simple description is made of the process of mannfacturing the aluminium oxide dispersion strengthened copper electrodes by inner oxidation and mechanical alloying and their operational performance.
