高效液相色谱法测定不同厂家银翘解毒片中连翘酯苷A的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定不同厂家银翘解毒片中连翘酯苷A的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil 100A C18(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸(13∶87);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长330 nm;柱温30℃;进样量10μL。结果连翘酯苷A进样量在0.228～1.824μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 99),平均回收率(n=6)为98.16%,RSD为0.76%;不同厂家银翘解毒片中连翘酯苷A的含量从0.038%到0.286%不等。结论本文方法操作简便、灵敏,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于银翘解毒片中连翘酯苷A的质量控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic （HPLC） method for the determination of forsythoside A in Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets from different drug manufacturers. Methods The HPLC separation was per- formed on a Kromasil 100A Cls column （5 μm, 150 minx4.6 mm）, with a mobile phase as acetonitrile-0.4% acetic acid （13：87） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 330 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. The injection volume was 10 μL. Results The method showed a good linearity of the forsythoside A in the range of 0.228- 1.824μg （r = 0.999 99）. The average recovery （n = 6） was 98.16% and RSD was 0.76%. The forsytboside A in Yin- qiao Jiedu Tablets from different drug manufacturers were different from 0.038% to 0.286%. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid with repeatability and stability. It is suitable for the quality control of forsythoside A in Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets.
