摘　　要：伏立康唑是一种新型的三唑类抗真菌药,存在个体差异大、不良反应多、易发生药物相互作用等问题。2012年我院开展了临床药师在呼吸科对伏立康唑不良反应进行重点监测的项目,一是对伏立康唑的安全性做出进一步评价,促进合理用药,二是对单一药品不良反应重点监测这一模式的可行性及意义进行探究。经过为期6个月的临床监测,这一项目取得了阶段性的成果,使医务人员对伏立康唑不良反应的发生规律、临床特征、危险因素有了更加深入的认识,同时不良反应重点监测作为一种新的监测模式显示出其重要的现实意义。由此,可以把开展伏立康唑不良反应重点监测的经验、方法推广到对其他药品的不良反应监测中,在不断地尝试与探索中完善我国不良反应监测体系。Voriconazole is a novel triazole antifungal agent, existing problems such as large individual differences, many adverse reactions, easy occuring of drug interactions, etc.. The main monitoring of Voriconazole-induced adverse reactions in respiratory department conducted by clinical pharmacists developed in our hospital in 2012. This item has two purposes： one is to make a further evaluation of Voriconazole and promote rational drug use and the other is to make a thorough inquiry of the feasibility and significance of the mode that developing main monitoring of adverse re- actions induced by a single drug. After a 6-month-clinical monitoring, the medical staff were helped to improve the understanding of the security of Voriconazole and the reasonable application of drugs was promoted. And meanwhile, as a new model of ADR monitoring, main monitoring of adverse reactions showed important significance. Thus, we can extend the experience and method to other drugs and the ADR monitoring system in our country will be perfected in the continued trying and exploring.
