急性百草枯中毒患者应用血液净化治疗的护理配合探究

摘　　要：目的探究急性百草枯中毒患者应用血液净化治疗的护理配合方法。方法对陕西中医学院第一附属医院2008年10月～2012年3月收治的92例急性百草枯中毒患者进行随机平均分组，在采取综合治疗的基础上，对照组（n=46）采取单项血液净化，观察组（n=46）采取血浆置换、血液灌流、血液透析三项序贯血液净化，并对两组患者采取相应护理配合措施，观察疗效并总结护理方法。结果对照组及观察组患者常规护理总有效率分别为47．8％和69．5％，加强护理组分别为60．9％和82．6％，观察组治疗及护理有效率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）．且经加强护理患者有效率高于常规护理组；对照组呼吸系统病变率及死亡率均高于观察组，两组患者经加强护理后呼吸系统病变率及死亡率均有所降低。结论对于急性百草枯中毒患者，应及时收治并进行三项序贯血液净化治疗，并在治疗周期内行心理、营养等全面护理，以保证患者生存率，提高预后。Objective To explore the acute paraquat poisoning patients with blood purification therapy nursing method. Methods In our hospital in from October 2008 to March 2012 in 92 cases of acute paraquat poisoning pa- tients were random average packet, in taking on the basis of comprehensive treatment, the control group （n = 46） take individual blood purification, the observation group （n = 46） taken plasmapheresis, hemoperfusion, hemodialysis three sequential blood purification, and on two groups of patients to take corresponding nursing measures, the curative effect and nursing methods. Results In the control group and the patients in the observation group routine nursing and total effective rate were 47.8% and 69.5%, to strengthen the nursing group were 60.9% and 82.6%, the effective rate of treatment and nursing of the observation group were higher than those in control group. （P 〈 0.05）, and by strengthening the nursing care for patients with a higher response rate than conventional care group; the control group respiratory system disease rate and mortality were higher than those in the observation group, tWO groups of patients by enhancing nursing after respiratory system disease rate and mortality rate were lower. Conclusion In patients with acute paraquat poisoning, should be promptly treated and three sequential blood purification therapy, and in the treatment of periodic expert psychological, nutrition comprehensive care, in order to ensure the survival rate of patients, improve the prognosis.
