摘　　要：噻吩并吡啶类药物(主要包括噻氯匹啶、氯吡格雷、普拉格雷等)自20世纪70年代后期一直是预防或治疗由血栓、栓塞物引起的疾病药物领域的研究热点。本文通过介绍和分析国内近年来噻吩并吡啶类抗血栓药物的专利情况,阐述在这一领域的新药开发及相关专利的申请策略,希望能对国内的制药行业提供一点帮助。Thienopyridine class of drugs （Ticlopidine, Clopidogrel, Prasugrel, etc.） since the late 1970s has been the prevention or treatment of thrombosis, emboli disease caused by the field of drug research focus. This paper introduces and analyzes the country in recent years the patent situation of the thienopyridine class of antithrombotic drugs on the development of new drugs in this field and related patent application strategy of the domestic pharmaceutical industry to provide the help.
