摘 要:本文利用相关文献资料对医院组织结构的现状、调整趋势及策略进行考察,认为"行政化"是目前医院组织结构中具有普遍性的典型特征;而扁平化、弹性化、网络化、分权化、流程化、平行化等特性是医院组织结构调整所追求的状态。而这些状态是否实现与医院进行组织结构调整时能否有效把握与实施医院发展战略、运用目标功能树系统分析模型、以医院整体发展为基调、营造医院的先进文化、强化"以人为本"的理念、正确整合或细分临床科室等策略有直接关系。This thesis studies the current situation, trend of adjustment and strategies of hospital organization struc- ture through analyzing related documentations. "Administration" is thought as a universal typical character of current hospital organization structure. Whereas delayering, flexibility, networking, decentralization, process, parallelization are the features of the expected status which hospital pursues to adjust organization structure. While whether these fea- tures can be achieved have a direct relation to the strategies of whether hospital can effectively seize to adjust the or- ganization structure, implement hospital's developing strategy, build a system analysis pattern, regard the entire hospi- tal's development as a main key, construct hospital's advanced culture, strengthen the idea of"people foremost", inte- grate or split clinical departments.
