摘  要:目的研究翻白草中的酚酸类化学成分。方法采用硅胶、大孔树脂及聚酰胺柱色谱等手段,分离纯化翻白草中70%乙醇提取部位的酚酸类成分,并通过光谱法鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了6个单体化合物,分别为3-甲基鞣花酸-4'-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(I)、3,3',4-三甲基鞣花酸-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、3,3'-二甲基鞣花酸(Ⅲ)、没食子酸(Ⅳ)、委陵菜酸(Ⅴ)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-6-O-(对羟基桂皮酰基)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the phenolic acids constituents in Potentilla discolor.METHODS The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography,macroporous resins and polyamide column chromatography from the 70% ethanol extract,and their structures were identified by spectroscopy.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from Potentilla discolor and their structures were identified as 3-methylellagic acid-4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(I),3,3′,4-trimethylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),3,3′-dimethylellagic acid(Ⅲ),gallic acid(Ⅳ),tormentic acid(Ⅴ)and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-6-O-(p-hydroxycinnamoyl)-gluco pyranoside(VI).CONCLUSION The Compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ were isolated from this herb for the first time.
