摘　　要：目的对豆豉姜进行显微鉴别。方法采用显微鉴定法。结果根和茎的皮层、韧皮部可见油细胞,其薄壁细胞内含棕色物。茎的皮层外侧可见厚角组织,内侧常有断续排列成环的厚壁组织。叶维管束外韧型,在其周围有纤维环;韧皮部有油细胞。粉末特征为油细胞众多,类圆形,内含淡黄色油状物,石细胞壁较薄,胞腔大,具壁孔。结论鉴别特征稳定、可靠。OBJECTIVE To identify the microscopic characteristics of Litsea cubeba.METHODS The features of Litsea cubeba were studied by microscopic observation.RESULTS In root and stem,Oil cells were found in the cortex and phloem whose parenchyma cells contained brown substances.In the outside of stem cortex,collenchyma was observed,while the inside was usually existed as sclerenchyma which was arranged as a ring intermittently.The leaf was surrounded with the open collateral vascular fiber ring and the phloem had oil cells.Powder was characterized with a number of round oil cells which contained pale yellow oily substances,stone cells with thinner walls,large cell cavity and wall holes.CONCLUSION The above features are obvious and stable.
