大叶桉叶与海南蒲桃叶的叶形态-脉序图谱的鉴别特征

摘　　要：目的鉴别大叶桉叶与其易淆品海南蒲桃叶。方法采用叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法(LMVP)和定量分析评价鉴别中药品种真伪可靠性的方法。结果两者的脉序类型均为不达缘环结羽状脉序,具缘内脉。大叶桉叶多为卵形、椭圆形、卵状披针形,可见四级脉或五级脉围成的细小网眼(压干叶直径0.13～0.43 mm,鲜叶直径0.6～3.0 mm),搓碎鲜叶具浓烈的桉叶油香气;海南蒲桃叶多为倒卵形、椭圆形、矩圆形、近圆形、心形,三级脉或四级脉围成较大网眼(压干叶与鲜叶直径为0.9～4.5 mm),气弱,无桉叶油香气。以上述4组特征及区别点为指标,鉴别结果的正确性为99.6%～100%;重复性以符合率计为99.6%,一致性强度为0.99。结论 LMVP法可准确鉴别大叶桉叶及易淆品海南蒲桃叶,方法操作简便、快速、价廉、可靠性强。OBJECTIVE To study the identification characters of Eucalyptus robusta and its confused herb Syzygium cumini.METHODS Leaf morphological-venation pattern for identification Chinese herbs（LMVP） and quantitatively analyze and evaluate reliability for the method of identification Chinese herbs（QAERM） were applied in the study.RESULTS The two venations were brochidodromous camptodromous pinnate venation with intramarginal vein.The main differences and characters of the leaf of Eucalyptus robusta：its shape was almost ovate,elliptical or ovate-lanceolate,the small size areoles could be seen,which were formed quaternary veins or quinternary veins（the diameter of dry leaf areole 0.13-0.43 mm,fresh leaf 0.6-3.0 mm）;The leaf emitted a strong smell of eucalyptus oil when fresh leaf was kneaded into pieces.The shape of Syzygium cumini was almost obovate,elliptical,square-round,suborbicular or cordate.The big size of areoles were formed by tertiary veins or quaternary veins（the diameter of leaf areole 0.9-4.5 mm）,slight in odor,no smell of eucalyptus oil.With the 4 key differences and characters,each plant could be successfully identified from others.The accuracy of identification results was 99.6%-100%.The repeatability of identification results show agreement rate for observation was 99.6% and Kappa value was 0.99.CONCLUSION The established method is simple,rapid,economic and reliable.
