摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂对 5 #3 5 0 m3高炉进行以部分更换第四至六段冷却壁并辅以喷涂造衬为主项的修理 ,采用 XA-1型耐火喷涂料进行人工喷涂 ,解决了炉壳频繁发红 ,上部砖衬无支撑等问题 ,保证了炉况长期稳定顺行 。The repair consisted of partial changing cooling plates of fourth to sixth section and spraying lining has been done as main repair objects in No.5 blast furnace of No.1 ironmaking plant of Jinan iron and steel group.Using XA 1 refractory material as sparying material to do hand operated spraying lining,the questions of often changing red of furnace shell and no support of upper brick lining can be solved,thus the smooth operation and extension service life of furnace body can be ensured.
