摘　　要：针对某厂含锗氧化锌烟尘锗含量较高的特性 ,研究拟定了酸浸—丹宁沉锗—净化—碳铵沉锌的工艺生产锗精矿与碱式碳酸锌产品 ,经生产验证 ,此法具有流程短、易操作 ,收率高 ,产品质量好等优点、能合理有效地综合回收烟尘中的锗锌等有价金属。The process,acid leaching-precipitation of Ge with tannin-purification-precipitation of Zn with ammonium carbonate, was selected for producing the germanium concentrate and basic zinc carbonate due to the high content of Ge in the ZnO flue dust.The production practices proved that this process,equipped with advantages of short process,easy operation,high recovery and good quality,could be utilized for the reasonable and effective recovery of valuable metals,such as Ge and Zn,bearing in the flue dust.
