摘　　要：在高碳钢丝的电镀生产过程中 ,采用硫锌 -75及导电盐作为镀液添加剂 ,提高了电镀效率 ,降低了镀锌钢丝在拉拔过程中的镀层损失以及拉丝模的消耗 ,生产成本下降 ,最终成品钢丝绳色泽银白光亮。给出了严格执行硫锌When S-Zn-75 and conductive salt added as additive to an electrogalvanizing productive process of high carbon steel wire,there is a promoting efficiency.Zinc loss and die consumption reduces during wire drawing.Meanwhile,the producting costs reduce,too.Finishing wire rope is silvery white and bright.The basic technology and operation points for attention to be strictly carried out for adding S-Zn-75 are given out.
