摘  要:通过实验测试了硅能电池、阀控式铅酸电池和超级电容的各项性能,分析了三种电池在运行中与终端后备电源有关的特性;对比硅能电池与传统阀控式铅酸蓄电池特性,证实了硅能电池作为终端后备电源要强于铅酸蓄电池;分析了超级电容作为终端后备电源的可行性,证实了超级电容在高低温下均能达到很有效的容量保持率。针对蓄电池和超级电容的突出优点,结合具体的终端应用场合,给出了三种后备电源解决方案。Experimental test of the performance of silicon batteries, VRLA and super capacitors, summarizes the characteristics of the three batteries in the operation of the terminal back-up power; detailed analysis of the silicon can be battery compared with the conventional valve-regulated lead-acid batteries, and come to silicon to the battery terminal back-up power far stronger than the conclusion of the lead-acid batteries; analysis of the feasibility of the super capacitor backup power supply as a terminal, come to the super capacitor in the high and low temperature can reach the conclusion of the effective capacity retention rate; highlight the advantages of silicon batteries and super capacitors, combined with the specific terminal where the occasion, three back-uppower solutions.
