摘 要:针对400℃以上槽式太阳能集热器吸收管金属与玻璃封接难以突破的技术瓶颈,提出了一种新型槽式太阳能聚光集热方法和集热管,阐明了该集热管的结构组成和工作原理。以同结构尺寸的传统真空集热管为参比,深入分析了新型设计相对传统设计的改进:内外管壁之间非真空设计;采用二次聚光,光学效率提高约5%~10%;接收器一侧近绝热设计,有效减少管壁散热损失。研究了新型和参比集热管的集热性能,结果表明:该集热管的集热效率相比传统装置提高2%~8%。环境参数与运行参数等对其性能的影响规律与传统装置基本相同。研究结果为新型槽式太阳能集热器的设计和运行提供了依据,为研发先进的分布式供能系统技术奠定了基础。In order to break through the technical bottleneck of sealing the metal tube with the glass one in parabolic trough collectors above the operating temperature of 400℃, a new kind of parabolic trough collector tube is proposed and investigated. The makeup, working principle and features are presented. Compared to conventional receivers, the new kind has been improved in three aspects: non-vacuum between the inside and outside wall design; secondary reflection adopted which contributes to the improvement of optical emciency by 5%-10%; one side of the absorber nearly adiabatic designed to efficiently reduce the heat loss of the tube. The performance of the new collector is simulated and compared with the simulation results of the conventional one. The results show that the collector efficiency of the new one is 2%.-.8% higher than the traditional one. Variation of the new collector's performance with environmental and operating parameters agrees with the conventional ones. The promising results provide a basis for the design and operation of the new collectors which has laid the foundation for the development of integration of new distributed energy supply system.
