摘  要:能源和碳排放目前已成为全世界共同关注的焦点,节能减排成了全社会的责任。高耗能行业能效水平的提高可为节约能源减少碳排放做出重要贡献,能效指标体系的建立可为衡量能效水平提供标尺,是执行节能减排国策的依据。本文选取热电站和精对苯二甲酸两大高耗能行业,对其能效指标体系的构建方法进行了初步探索,并通过"归纳筛选法"构建了热电站能效指标体系,通过"参考借鉴法"构建了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)行业的能效指标体系。Energy and carbon emission problems have become the key issues around the world now. Energy saving and emission reduction are the responsibility of the whole social society. The improvement of energy efficiency of high energy-consumption industries can make great contribution to emission reduction. The construction of energy efficiency indicator system can provide a scale tool for the measurement of energy efficiency, and provide a criterion for the execution of national policy on energy saving and emission reduction. This paper takes two high energy-consumption industries (thermal power plant and pure terephthalic acid industry) for example, the construction method of energy efficiency indicator system are studied. The "induction & screening method" is used for the construction of energy efficiency indicator system of thermal power plant, while the "reference method" is used for PTA (pure terephthalic acid) industry.
