摘  要:建立了电缆整体老化与局部老化两种老化情形下的数学传热模型,并通过有限体积数值计算方法模拟了两种老化情形下分别对应的红外热特征,为红外检测技术在电缆老化诊断中的应用提供了依据。通过模拟发现,电缆发生整体老化情形时,相同工作条件下其缆芯温度会升高而表面温度并不发生改变,须以电缆接线端的温度作为电缆整体老化的红外检测依据;电缆发生局部老化情形时,电缆表面温度及缆芯温度都反映出了电缆的局部老化情况,可以以电缆表面温度作为电缆局部老化红外检测的依据。Mathematical heat transfer models of the overall and local aging power cable are established and solved by finite volume method. Both of the infrared characteristics of power cable in two kinds of aging cases are analyzed, which can be used to instruct the application of infrared inspection technology on the diagnosis of power cable faults. It is found that the power cable core temperature will increase with the increasing of overall aging degree, while the power cable surface temperature nearly unchanging. When power cable ages locally, both of the power cable core and surface temperatures change with aging degree. Therefore, the power cable core and surface temperatures can be used to assess the local aging of power cable. However, only the power cable core temperature can be used to assess the overall aging of power cable.
