摘　　要：目的介绍一种制备阿瑞匹坦纳米胶囊的制备方法。方法采用湿法介质研磨来降低药物粒度,制备药物胶态分散体,以药物胶态分散体为包衣材料进行Wurster包衣制备药物包衣球,筛分后装胶囊。结果所制阿瑞匹坦纳米胶囊的药物粒度D90小于216 nm,与原研药物相当。结论该制备阿瑞匹坦纳米胶囊的工艺可行。Objective To introduce a new preparation method of Aprepitant Nanocapsules. Methods Wet media - grinding was used to reduce drug particle and drug colloidal dispersion was prepared. The pellets were coated with drug col- loidal dispersion as coating material by Wurster fluid bed technique. The capsules were filled after screening. Results The D90 of Aprepitant Nanocapsules were less than 216 nm, corresponding to the original research drugs. Conclusion This preparation method of Aprepitant Nanocapsules was feasible.
