摘  要:目的优化中药半边莲中主要有效成分异阿魏酸的提取工艺。方法采用甲醇加热回流的提取方法,以料液比、溶剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,以高效液相色谱法测定异阿魏酸的含量为指标,利用正交试验法优化提取工艺。结果最佳的提取工艺为4倍量75%的甲醇,在80℃下,2次回流提取时间分别为2 h和1h,半边莲中异阿魏酸的含量为86.073μg.g-1。结论该法提取率高,方法稳定,工艺简单,适用于半边莲中异阿魏酸的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction process for isoferulic acid in Lobelia chinensis. Methods Methanol heating and circumfluence extraction was used and the orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process with solid - liquid ratio, solvent concentration, extraction temperature and time as study factors and the content of isoferulic acid that determined by HPLC as index. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows :4 times of 75% methanol, extraction temperature of 80℃ and twice circumfluence with once extraction duration of 2 h and once with 1 h. The content of isoferulic acid in Lobelia chinesis was 26. 073 μg· g-1. Conclusion This method had high extraction rate and was sa- ble, simple, suitable for the extraction of isoferulic acid in Lobelia Chinensis.
