摘　　要：介绍了氮气弹簧工作的基本原理 ,分析了各种弹性元件的优缺点 ,并绘出了各自的特性曲线图 ,从理论和实践上充分肯定了氮气弹簧的优点 :占空间小 ,初始压力较大 ,压力变化比较平缓 ,简化模具结构 ,缩短模具制造周期 ,提高冲压件质量 ,提高劳动生产率 ,降低成本。在总结我公司使用氮气弹簧实际经验的基础上提出了设计、安装及使用过程中应注意的事项。This paper introduced the primary principles of working nitrogen-gas spring, and analyzed advantage and shortage on all kinds of spring elements, then designed their feature curving drawing. It proved its advantages in theory and practice, which are using smaller space, enlarging primary pressure, changing pressure stable, simplifying the die structure, decresing the cycle of die produced, pledging quality of products enhancing production efficiency, reducing cost. Some questions attentioned in the process of design, fit and use are presented.
